It is an exciting night in Frisco, Texas where our favorite country music stars and other famous faces hit the red carpet at the Academy of Country Music Awards. And while we are covering all the best-dressed arrivals, we also want to give a special shoutout to the women over 40 who made their mark on the red carpet.
Among our favorite over 40 country music stars is, of course, the brilliant Reba McEntire who is hosting the award show and introducing exciting performances from stars like Jelly Roll, Lainey Wilson, Kelsea Ballerini, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani.
McEntire has hosted the show numerous times throughout her long and illustrious career and tonight’s hosting gig is just another reminder that there is no age limit for success — or for a show-stopping red carpet look, for that matter.
In recent red carpets like the Met Gala, the Oscars and more, ladies in their 40s and above have shown off their elegant styles, embraced their changing looks and redefined beauty over and over again. So, we want to continue to highlight these women, especially those in the country music industry.
