Just because these actors and actresses may not remember the roles they played doesn’t make their characters any less iconic. We tracked down some of cinema’s most memorable movie babies to see what they’re up to now.
Adam in ‘Honey, I Blew Up the Kid’ (1992)
Twins Daniel (bottom) and Joshua (top) Shalikar are volunteer firefighters, and Joshua works for Johnson & Johnson.
Pubert in ‘Addams Family Values’ (1993)
Pubert was twin girls? No longer acting, Kaitlyn (top) and Kristen (bottom) Hooper are collegiate softballers.
Elizabeth in ‘Baby Boom’ (1987)
Twins Kristina and Michelle Kennedy are both now married with kids. Michelle is also a librarian.
Thea in ‘For Keeps’ (1988)
If social media is to be believed, then Hailey Ellen Agnew no longer acts and now goes by Hailey Underwood.
Oscar in ‘Ghostbusters II’ (1989)
Nephews of the late John Denver, Hank (top right) and Will (bottom right) Deutschendorf own a karate school.
George Banks-MacKenzie from ‘Father of the Bride Part II’
Dylan and Casey Boersma acted until 2008. Today, they both live in California, and Dylan is a personal trainer.

Since playing a baby boy in The Godfather, Sofia Coppola has become a celebrated screen star and director.
Nathan Jr. in ‘Raising Arizona’ (1987)
T.J. Kuhn starred in a few commercials before walking away from film. He is now a real estate agent in Phoenix.
Gage in ‘Pet Sematary’ (1989)
Miko Hughes has enjoyed steady acting gigs, memorably in Kindergarten Cop and Full House.
Kal-El in ‘Superman’ (1978)
Aged 3 when he played little Superman, Aaron Smolinski still acts and even had a role in 2013’s Man of Steel.
Bink in ‘Baby’s Day Out’ (1994)
All we know about Adam (top) and Jacob (bottom) Worton is that they went to college. And they’re still cute.
Mikey in ‘Look Who’s Talking’ (1989)
The eldest of four babies to play Mikey, Jacob Haines lives in Florida today and continues to act (hello, One Tree Hill!).

Lisa and Michelle Blair-Ontonovich did not pursue acting. Lisa is in customer service; Michelle is a mom.
