Christina Aguilera goes full-on earth mom with baby name

Christina Aguilera and her fiancé Matt Rutler welcomed their first child into the world on Saturday, and now the beauty has revealed her daughter’s name, and it’s Summer Rain Rutler.

Aguilera took to Twitter late on Sunday to reveal her baby daughter’s name and gush about how proud she is to be a mom for the second time.

“So proud to welcome our beautiful daughter Summer Rain Rutler into the world,” she wrote, just hours after giving birth.

The couple welcomed their baby girl into the world on Saturday, and according to Us Weekly, the songstress gave birth via C-section at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.

Summer Rain is the “Lady Marmalade” hit maker’s second child. She also shares a 6-year-old son named Max with her former husband Jordan Bratman.

Although Xtina has avoided the spotlight for much of her second pregnancy, she has remained relatively active via social media, much to the appreciation of her fans, and she previously shared a picture of her full-term baby bump via Twitter.

We cannot wait to see pictures of Summer Rain in the months to come, but for now, we offer a very big congratulations to the happy couple on the birth of their baby girl!
