Angelina Jolie’s wedding dress revealed

People has nabbed the exclusive first images from Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s wedding last weekend. The highlight of the photos? A full-length view of the bride’s gown.

Jolie‘s long veil was decorated with artwork from her children, as was the back of her dress — specifically, the train — judging from the pictures. The gown was designed by Luigi Massi, the master tailor at Atelier Versace.

“Luigi is like family to me and I couldn’t imagine anyone else making this dress,” Jolie told People. “He knows and cares for the children and it was great fun putting it together.”

People also nabbed a photo of the whole Jolie-Pitt clan, including the couple’s six kids. It looks like the entire family donned the traditional black and white ensembles, with the girls in dresses and the boys in suits, except Shiloh, who donned shorts and a top hat.

Pitt was not as fancy as his wife with his wardrobe decisions. The actor wore a suit from his closet and borrowed a tie because he reportedly forgot to pack one.

During the ceremony, Jolie’s oldest sons, Maddox, 13, and Pax, 10, walked Jolie down the aisle, while Zahara, 9, and Vivienne, 6, participated as flower girls. Shiloh, 8, and Knox, 6, were the ring bearers. Pax even baked the wedding cake, according to the outlet.

“It was important to us that the day was relaxed and full of laughter,” Pitt and Jolie told People jointly. “It was such a special day to share with our children and a very happy time for our family.”

The wedding was certainly a family affair, even though reports surfaced following the event that Jolie’s father, Jon Voight, was not invited to the festivities.

The ceremony took place on Aug. 23, with only 20 friends and family members in attendance at the chapel of Château Miraval, the family’s estate in France.
