Exclusive: Kim Kardashian loves Making a Murderer as much as you do
We may have kept up with 12 seasons of the Kardashians’ drama, including two Kim engagements, weddings and pregnancies, but there’s still plenty we don’t know about the most popular Kardashian sister. During our recent exclusive interview Kim, we got some valuable intel — everything from her fave Netflix show to what she wants her kids to be when they grow up.

1. Kanye West helped Kim Kardashian on the set of “Jam (Turn It Up)”
Yes, Kardashian dipped her toe in the music industry with her single “Jam (Turn It Up),” which was recorded and released in 2011. Needless to say, it was her one and only foray into singing professionally and Yeezy bore witness. Writing on her website, Kardashian revealed this year that West was on set for her video shoot, saying, “We filmed this in 2011 and I remember it so well — Kanye was on set too!”
2. Her favorite Kanye West song is “Only One”
Out of all of West’s songs, Kardashian’s favorite is the one he wrote for his mother and daughter. “He wrote it about his mom singing to him. He references our daughter in it, so, I think it’s really sweet. And our daughter’s in the video,” Kardashian said at the BlogHer 2016 conference. Cue the “awws.”

3. Kimye sent fake photos of North West to family and friends after she was born

After Kardashian and West welcomed their first child, daughter North, in 2013, they sent a few friends fake baby photos to see if any of them would try to leak them to the press. It looks like some did, but rumor got around that the photos weren’t authentic and the entire operation became a story on TMZ.

4. Don’t bother her if she’s in no-makeup and sweatpants
Kardashian’s idea of a lazy Sunday isn’t so much Netflix and chill as it is lounging in bed. “A lazy Sunday to me is just staying in bed, no makeup, sweatpants,” Kardashian admits to us. But when she does binge on a Netflix show, she likes Making a Murderer or “any murder show.”
5. Kardashian celebrated her 14th birthday at Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch
Kardashian, then dating one of Jackson’s nephews, celebrated her 14th birthday with a one-of-a-kind party at Neverland Ranch, a place she called “the most magical place on earth” in an interview with People.
6. In another life, she’d be a forensic scientist or detective
Kardashian admits that she’s obsessed with murders and crime solving, so much so that she hopes her kids go into the crime solving business: “I want to live vicariously through my daughter or son and have them be a forensic investigator,” she revealed to us.
7. She has a closet of clothes to pass on to North one day

In an interview with Vogue Australia, Kardashian revealed that she keeps some of her more memorable and beloved fashion pieces in a closet specifically to give to North. “I have a whole closet set aside for my daughter. I have Met Gowns… hopefully one day she will want to wear something of mine. Everything is all for her,” she said. Something tells me North won’t say no to one or two of those outfits.
8. She spends at least a few hours a day posting on social media
When Kardashian isn’t busy updating her various social media platforms — Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, not to mention her own website, app and blog — she’s spending the other hours of the day creating content to post in the future. Fun tip: If you’re hoping to get a retweet or reply from Kardashian herself, try posting in the morning and at night — that’s when Kardashian says she’s busy posting.
9. She’s tired of hearing about her exes and done with body-shaming
When asked what keywords she plans on blocking on Instagram, Kardashian joked that she’d put her ex-boyfriends’ names before answering more seriously, “I would probably block words like fat or anything that I feel like is body-shaming… anything that I feel like is just bullying.”
10. She loves Jessica Alba
“I think Jessica Alba is really smart, really dedicated, and she’s hot,” Kardashian told us. Hey, who doesn’t like love Jessica Alba?
11. Kimye loves Empire
Kardashian and West admitted to Harper’s Bazaar that they binge-watched Fox’s Empire. I wonder who the Cookie is in their relationship.
