EXCLUSIVE: Kevin O’Leary gets brutal with a Shark Tank poem

Watch out, there is an entrepreneur getting eaten alive by the sharks on the upcoming episode of Shark Tank, specifically by Mr. Wonderful.

Luckily, we’ve got the clip for you in all its painful detail before the show airs tonight.

Said entrepreneur, Nick Massie, presents his paleo microwave meal brand Ice Age Meals to the sharks and makes his first mistake by telling the sharks that his product will be a billion dollar industry. Rookie move, since the sharks don’t like those grand ideas because they’re usually false.

The sharks really smell the blood in the water, though, when Massie makes his second fatal error. When asked why the business will be a billion dollar industry, he stumbles and gives the deadly, “Uh…” of hesitation.

Kevin “Mr. Wonderful” O’Leary is the first to bite. And I don’t mean “bite” because he wants to make an offer. I mean because he’s ready to take a bite out of this guy.

“You’ve moved me,” Mr. Wonderful tells the self-proclaimed “culinary ninja”. And he says it in that Mr. Wonderful voice of his where you know it’s going to be bad for poor Massie, who is pouring his heart and soul into this business.

O’Leary’s poem goes as follows, “In cash I know, because I like to watch it flow; when I ask valuation, I want no hesitation; are you worth $10 million? Hell no.”

Ouch.

O’Leary quickly gets right to the blunt end of the stick and tells Massie that his paleo warm-up meals are definitely not going to impress the sharks enough for a deal today.

We’ll have to wait and see if any of the sharks disagree when the show airs tonight.

Personally, I think it sounds like a brilliant idea. Massie equates his meals to the paleo version of Amy’s, which are vegetarian microwave meals you can find in almost any grocery store. I would definitely go for paleo meals made easy. I try to keep my diet clean and, while I love Amy’s, I do need some good protein in my day.

As with the sharks, I’ll need some more details before I’m sold on Ice Age Meals, like how much do they cost? And what’s the portion size?
