24 Carrot-tini
Serves 2
Ingredients:

- 1 ounce gin or vodka (optional)
- 1/4 cup 100% carrot juice
- 1/4 cup blend of any of the following: 100% pineapple, orange, peach, papaya, pear and white grape juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon agave
- Dash of orange bitters
- 1/4 cup chilled club soda

Directions:

- Place 2 martini glasses in the freezer.
- Fill a shaker with ice and add all ingredients exp[cept the club soda and shake vigorously.
- Strain carrot-tini into chilled martini glasses and top each with club soda.
- Garnish with a strip of lime zest, if desired.
