Popeye’s Favorite Smoothie
This green smoothie delivers a delicious bounty of vitamins and minerals at less than 100 calories per cup.
Makes 3 to 4 cups
Ingredients:

- 1 kale leaf
- 1 cup broccoli
- 3 apples, peeled, cored
- 2 cups water

Directions:

- Combine spinach, kale, broccoli, apples, and 1 cup water in a blender. Blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining water as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
