Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup pecans, coarsely chopped

  • 2 cups water

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
  • t

  • 1 tablespoon grated orange zest

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  1. Place pecans in a dry skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, shaking the skillet occasionally, for a few minutes or until pecans are just toasted. Do not scorch. Immediately remove from heat and set aside.
