Raspberry Recharge Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • t

  • 1 cup fresh apple juice
  • t

  • 1-1/2 cups chopped cucumber
  • t

  • 2 cups chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine raspberries, apple juice, cucumber, and cilantro.

Cook’s note: Rinaldi suggests swapping in spinach for the cilantro if the herb is too strong for you.
