Degeneres, who became part-owner of Halo in 2008, feeds her dogs a vegan-friendly diet, but because cats are obligate carnivores, the daytime show host continues to feed her cats the meat-based Halo Spot’s Stew for cats. (Halo will not be developing a vegan cat formula.)
