Spiced Applesauce

When my husband and son recently visited the Central Coast in California, we had the tasty pleasure of taking a tractor ride to an orchard by Avila Valley Barn. We picked as many apples as our boxes and arms could carry. In addition to eating apple after apple, we made this yummy spiced applesauce. Try it on oatmeal, swirled into yogurt, or right off a spoon.
