Tangy Swiss Chard

Serves 4

Ingredients:

    t
  • 1 pound Swiss chard
  • t

  • 1 onion, sliced
  • t

  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • t

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • t

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • t

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • t

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:

  1. Separate the stems and leaves from the Swiss chard. Slice the stems into thin strips and roughly chop the leaves.
  2. t

  3. Spray a large nonstick saucepan with cooking spray.
  4. t

  5. Over medium heat, sauté the stems and onion for 10 minutes or until tender.
  6. t

  7. Stir in the leaves and remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
  8. t

  9. Serve immediately.
