The 30-Day Vegan Challenge

Patrick-Goudreau’s new multimedia online program The 30-Day Vegan Challenge  will give you the guidance, tools and resources to easily transition to the vegan diet. The 30-Day Vegan Challenge features written, audio, and video content specially created by Patrick-Goudreau to help people meet their goals, break old habits, eat more healthfully, and live more compassionately.

Each day, the vegan program delivers new information, ideas, menu suggestions and social strategies.

How it works

Upon signing up, participants immediately receive a welcome email with a link to the password-protected portal and some preliminary content to prepare them for this exciting journey. Then, every day for 30 days, participants receive an email summarizing that day’s topic and guiding them to log in to their portal to retrieve their content, which appears as printable resources, videos, and audio podcasts. They can even connect with others doing the Challenge in the Community section.
