For those of you following a gluten-free diet that have been avoiding store-bought muesli because of fear that the oats may have gluten, we have great news for you.

Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Muesli

One of our favorite companies, Bob’s Red Mill, is now offering the only major brand of gluten-free muesli on the market. The Gluten Free Muesli joins Bob’s Red Mill’s more than 70 natural, organic, gluten-free products.

“Muesli has been one of our most popular cereals since we started offering it more than two decades ago, and customers have frequently asked us for a safe and delicious gluten free option,” says Bob Moore, founder, president and CEO of Bob’s Red Mill. “We’re now so thrilled to be able to provide that to them, and we invite everyone – gluten free eaters or not — to enjoy this new gluten-free muesli and its healthy blend of ingredients.”

Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Muesli is made with extra-thick rolled oats, raisins, raw sunflower seeds, dried cranberries and apples, brown rice crisps, dry roasted soybeans, almonds, unsweetened coconut flakes, and pumpkin seeds.

Each 1/4-cup serving provides 110 calories, 2 grams of fiber, and 3 grams of protein.

Enjoy it as a hot cereal or soak it in dairy-free yogurt or milk overnight to enjoy as a cold cereal.
