Who doesn’t love icy cold sorbet when it’s hot out? Forget the worrying over not having an ice cream maker since these treats are made right in your blender. We share three refreshing recipes to help cool you down: easy peasy blueberry, coconut banana twist, and sweet and spicy mango.
These sorbets are out-of-this-world good and super easy to make. While we did use a Vitamix blender, you don’t have to have a high-end mixer to create these treats. Allowing the fruit to thaw slightly helps the blending process and produces a creamy smooth mixture. If you find you are having trouble blending your fruit, add an additional liquid such as almond or coconut milk.
