We’re not really sure exactly when or how it happened, but somewhere along the line going to brunch basically became the new nightclub scene — and we’re not exactly complaining, either. I mean, why stay up late battling a bunch of drunk people in a crowded, noisy room in the dark when you can totally sip on champagne, eat delicious food and socialize with your besties in broad daylight?
And even though we’d never say “no” to going out for brunch, hosting your own in the comfort of your home is fun too. Of course, you’ll need to whip up some amazing brunch foods like French toast, pancakes and waffles — it just wouldn’t be a proper brunch experience without all the delightful breakfast carbs. Give a couple (or all) of this crazy-good recipes a try.
