- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract
Directions:
- In a saucepan, whisk together half-and-half, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice.
- Heat over low heat until simmering and add in vanilla bean or extract.
- Let cool, store in a refrigerator-safe bottle and keep chilled for up to a week.
