Pumpkin spice coffee creamer

Perfect for fall and packed full of spice and pumpkin flavor.

Yields about 2 cups creamer

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together half-and-half, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Heat over low heat until simmering and add in vanilla bean or extract.
  3. Let cool, store in a refrigerator-safe bottle and keep chilled for up to a week.
