Gluten-free Goodie of the Week: Cinnamon-peach waffles with peach topping

So it’s winter and you don’t have your usual supply of fresh-picked fruit. That’s no reason to forget about canned or jarred peaches, perfect for this recipe.

This Gluten-free Goodie of the Week recipe for cinnamon-peach waffles with peach topping will definitely brighten your day. It might be winter, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy some sweet, vibrant peaches with our meals.

Pick up a jar or can of cling peaches at the grocery store to use for this recipe. They’ll go into the waffle mix, as well as serve as the main ingredient for the topping. I love adding peaches to dessert recipes, but don’t forget to include them in your breakfast recipes, too. They’re bright and sweet and can liven up any dreary day. This recipe makes 5 (6 inch) waffles, with enough topping for all of them.
