Mango margarita ice pop recipe
Everyone loves ice pops, but grown-ups really love them when they’re made with fresh mango, lime juice and tequila.
Serves 3
Ingredients:
- 1 mango, peeled and cubed (about 1-1/2 cups)
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons tequila
Directions:
- Place the mango, lime juice, kosher salt, sugar and tequila in a food processor. Blend until the mango is completely pureed.
- Pour the puree into 3 ice pop molds, or use paper cups with foil over the top, and poke ice pop sticks through the foil.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours, until solid.

Mini margarita shot recipe
Tequila sample bottles make the perfect shot glasses for mini margarita shots that are as cute as they are refreshing.
Serves 3
Ingredients:
- 2 (50 milliliter) bottles Patrón tequila
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Kosher salt
Directions:
- Pour the tequila into a glass or cocktail shaker.
- Add the lime juice and sugar, and stir or shake until the sugar is dissolved.
- Wet the rims of the tequila bottles, and dip them in kosher salt.
- Use a funnel to pour the margarita shots back into the bottles (you will have 1 extra shot), and refrigerate until ready to serve.
