VIDEO: Bite-size shrimp tacos
These adorable bite-size tacos may be small, but those tiny tortillas can barely hold back the mouthwatering fiesta of succulent shrimp and bold Mexican flavors.
Bite-size shrimp taco recipe
Ingredients:
- Flour tortillas
- Cooled shrimp
- Shredded cabbage
- Pico de gallo (or other salsa)
Directions:
- Using a round cookie cutter, cut out small circles from the tortillas.
- Bake the circles in a small muffin tin for 5 minutes so that they will hold their taco shell shape.
- Add 1 shrimp, some shredded cabbage and some pico de gallo to each taco shell.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Serve.
