Ingredients:

- 2 (9.6 ounce) bags Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Crumbles
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Romano or Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 egg white
- 1 (16 ounce) loaf bread dough (You can get this from your bakery.)
- Flour to roll out dough

Directions:

- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and lightly grease a cookie sheet.
- On a floured surface, roll out your dough into the shape of a rectangle. It will be approximately 20 x 16 inches. Sprinkle Jimmy Dean Sausage Crumbles on top of the dough in an even layer. Next, sprinkle Romano cheese on top of the sausage. (Save about 2 tablespoons to top the bread.)
- Starting at the top of the dough, roll the dough into the shape of a long rectangle. Then shape it into a horseshoe to fit on your cookie sheet. Place the dough carefully on a greased cookie sheet.
- Brush your egg white on top of the dough and close the ends. Sprinkle the remaining Romano cheese on top of the dough.
- Bake for 25 minutes, until the dough is a nice golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes and then cut it and serve.
