Sriracha spiced deviled eggs

Ingredients:

- 1 dozen eggs, hard-boiled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce plus additional for garnish

Directions:
t Gently crack and peel the dozen hard-boiled eggs. Using a sharp knife, slice the egg in half. Place the yolks in a bowl and set the whites on a plate. Repeat this with the entire dozen. Place the mayonnaise, salt, black pepper and 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce in with the yolks and use a fork to mash the eggs until the mixture is thoroughly combined. Set the whites on your serving platter. Transfer the egg yolk mixture into a pastry bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe a bit into the center of each egg white. Top with an additional squirt of Sriracha.
Asian style hoisin eggs

- 1 green onion, thinly sliced

t Gently crack and peel the dozen hard-boiled eggs. Using a sharp knife, slice the egg in half. Place the yolk in a bowl and set the whites on a plate. Repeat this with the entire dozen. Place the mayonnaise, salt, ground ginger, garlic powder, green onion and 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce in with the egg yolks. Mash with the fork and stir to thoroughly combine. Spread a bit of the mixture onto each egg white. Top with additional hoisin sauce and a sprinkling of green onion if you’d like.
