If you haven’t tried poutine, then you haven’t lived. This version puts a Mexican spin on everyone’s favorite Canadian dish.
As if fries aren’t good enough on their own, poutine is traditionally served with gravy and cheese curds — talk about delicious. This Mexican version combines the gravy and cheese into a creamy cheddar sauce that gets drizzled all over the top.
Serve this dish with chorizo, and you can easily make a whole meal out of a bowl.
