Vegan Thousand Island dressing recipe

Yields 1 cup

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon finely diced onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well blended.
  2. Taste, and adjust the seasoning as needed.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before using.
