I have been craving gingerbread in almost every single form this year. I have already made cake, bread and cupcakes. My kitchen is overflowing with all things ginger.
These brownies are by far the easiest of all my gingerbread treats. They need only a few simple ingredients and just 25 minutes to bake. How simple is that? You can keep it simple by sprinkling them with powdered sugar, or jazz it up even more by topping it with molasses frosting.
