5 Spooky ways to serve up booze at your Halloween party

Throwing a Halloween party this year? You want to make sure you have some spooky cocktails on hand to go with the theme. Here are some fun and easy ways to get in the Halloween “spirits.”

Bloody devil

Ingredients:

  • 3 parts bloody mary mix
  • t

  • 1 part premium vodka
  • t

  • Black or red food coloring
  • t

  • Small sweet peppers
  • t

  • Kosher salt

Directions:

  1. Mix black or red food coloring with kosher salt.
  2. t

  3. Rim the glass with lime juice and press into salt mixture until the rim is fully salted.
  4. t

  5. Combine vodka and bloody mary mix into shaker with ice and pour into glass.
  6. t

  7. Cut and clean out peppers and garnish the glass to look like devil horns.

Eyeball martini

Ingredients:

  • 3 parts premium vodka or gin

  • 1 part dry vermouth
  • t

  • 1 part olive juice/brine
  • t

  • Radish and olive for garnish

Directions:

  1. Skin the radish to to create the “bloodshot” eyeballs.
  2. t

  3. Stuff with sliced olive and pimiento.

  5. Mix vodka, vermouth and olive juice over ice.
  6. t

  7. Pour into glass.
  8. t

  9. Serve chilled and garnish with “bloodshot eyeballs.”

Blood shots

t These are super easy to make and are great for serving shots at your Halloween party. Needle-less syringes can be purchased at party stores or amazon.com.

Ingredients:

  • 2 parts blood orange juice
  • t

  • 1 part SKYY blood orange vodka (regular vodka can be used)

tNote: You can substitute fruit punch or cranberry juice if you can’t find blood orange juice. Mix with compatible flavored vodka or regular vodka.

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients together in a large pitcher.

  3. Fill up syringes with mixture.

“Zombie blood” shots

Ingredients:

  • 2 parts pineapple juice
