Holiday Bellini
This Holiday Bellini has the right amount of holiday flare, with a the darker colour and apricot flavour.
- 4 oz. brut champagne [chilled]
- 1 oz. apricot nectar or liqueur
- Pour apricot nectar or liqueur into a champagne flute.
- Fill flute slowly with cold champagne while gently stirring.
Candy Cane Martini
Candy canes aren’t just for the tree this Christmas
- 1 1/2 oz. vodka
- 1 tsp. Peppermint Schnapps
- Mix all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Strain. Serve in a martini glass.
*Garnish the rim of the glass with crushed candy cane for extra mint.
Dog Sled
You don’t have to be dog sledder to enjoy this drink.
- 1 1/2 oz. Canadian Whiskey
- 1 1/2 oz. orange juice
- 1 tsp. grenadine
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
- Mix all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Serve over cracked ice in a tumbler or old fashioned glass.

- 1 1/2 tbsp. cranberry juice
- Add 1 1/2 tbsp. cranberry juice to a champagne flute; then slowly add champagne.
