Irish coffee
Serves one
Ingredients:
- 1 cup freshly brewed coffee
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1-1/2 ounces Irish whisky
- Slightly whipped heavy cream
Directions:
- Pour coffee into a cup or mug.
- Add sugar and stir until it’s dissolved.
- Mix in the Irish whisky.
- Gently pour the slightly whipped cream over the back of a spoon to top off the beverage.
The Emerald
Serves one
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Irish whisky
- 1 ounce vermouth
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Directions:
- Place all the liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake gently, then strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Irish whisky
- 3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1/2 ounce green Chartreuse
- Twist of lemon
