Peanut butter and banana roll

Return to childhood comfort food with this yummy wrap.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole-grain wrap
  • 1–2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 banana, sliced

Directions:

  1. Spread the peanut butter evenly over a flat whole-grain wrap.
  2. Lay slices of banana in a line down the middle.
  3. Fold one side of the wrap over the other, and roll it up.

Goat cheese and avocado roll

Add some classy flair to your everyday wrap with this exquisite roll.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole-grain wrap
  • 1/6 cup goat cheese
  • 1/2 an avocado, thinly sliced

Directions:

  1. Spread the goat cheese evenly over a flat whole-grain wrap.
  2. Lay avocado slices over the goat cheese. If the avocado is soft enough, you may even be able to spread it out more evenly with a knife.
  3. Roll it up and enjoy!

  • 3 slices cheddar cheese
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3–4 pieces of sliced ham

Directions:

  1. Lay the strips of ham down the centre of a flat whole-grain wrap. Place slices of cheese on top. Sprinkle cherry tomatoes over the cheese.
  2. Roll up and enjoy!
