Honey rosemary martini

Ingredients:

  • 30 millilitres vodka
  • 15 millilitres Goldwasser
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 sprigs of rosemary
  • 1/2 cup hot water

Directions:

  1. Add the honey and two sprigs of rosemary to the hot water, stir, and allow the mixture to cool.
  2. Pour the vodka and Goldwasser into a martini glass.
  3. Top with the rosemary and honey mixture.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Cranberry and thyme ginger fizz

Ingredients:

  • A handful of cranberries
  • 4 sprigs of thyme
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 30 millilitres gin
  • 120 millilitres cranberry juice
  • 50 millilitres ginger ale
  • Ice

Directions:

  1. In a Boston shaker, use a muddler to bruise the cranberries, lime juice and thyme.
  2. Pour the gin, cranberry juice and ice on top, shake, and pour into a highball glass.
  3. Top with ginger ale.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 a lime
  • 10 millilitres elderflower syrup
  • 100 millilitres Champagne or sparkling wine
  • A sprig of thyme for garnish

Directions:

  1. Squeeze the lime into a Champagne flute.
  2. Pour the elderflower syrup into the flute, and stir to combine the two.
  3. Top with Champagne or sparkling wine, and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
