Healthier eggnog you can enjoy without the guilt (VIDEO)
Ah, December. The time of year when calories don’t count and cookies and fudge count as a major food group. No… not how things work? OK, maybe a little moderation wouldn’t hurt. Take that eggnog, for instance. Full of heavy cream and lots of booze, it’s not the lightest drink on the holiday menu. But now, there’s a healthier eggnog in town. And you won’t feel guilty about downing a glass (or four!) of this skinnier version, even with a shot of brandy in there.
Healthier eggnog recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoons stevia
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Ground nutmeg, to taste
- 1/8 cup light whipping cream
