Tomato jam and basil crostini recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 baguette
  • 2 tablespoons tomato jam (recipe above)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Fresh basil

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.

2. To make the crostini toast, cut the baguette into thin slices, then grill them at 200 degrees C for 2 minutes per side.

1. Spoon the olive oil onto the crostini.

2. Spoon the tomato jam onto the crostini.

3. Place a fresh basil leaf on each slice of crostini.

4. Spoon balsamic vinegar onto the crostini.
