Warren Buffett has found the key to good health and we’re totally on board

Eating like a 6-year-old might sound like fun — think cakes, chips, soft drinks — but could it really be good for your health?

Eighty-four-year-old billionaire and philanthropist, Warren E. Buffett, says there’s one thing that keeps him young despite the years creeping up on him.

The investor says eating like a 6-year-old is the answer and the reason behind his method sounds like madness.

“I checked the actuarial tables, and the lowest death rate is among 6-year-olds. So I decided to eat like a six-year-old,” Buffett told Fortune magazine. “It’s the safest course I can take.”

So, what does eating like a 6-year-old entail? Pretty much what you’re likely to guess: sugar and salt and lots of it.

“If I eat 2,700 calories a day, a quarter of that is Coca-Cola. I drink at least five 12-ounce servings. I do it every day,” Buffett said, who, unsurprisingly, owns Coca-Cola stocks. “This morning, I had a bowl of chocolate chip ice cream,” Buffett said.

Of course, the 6-year-old diet isn’t going to be healthy, but it might be a bit of fun. Here’s why:

No-one judges you for getting more food on your face than in your belly:

Ice cream is always on the menu. Although it might not always end up in your mouth:

Chocolate is supposed to get smeared all over your face:

Eating like a 6-year-old might not make you live longer. But you will feel young at heart:
