Jon Stewart takes down chain restaurants in the best way (VIDEO)

Jon Stewart isn’t known for his culinary aspirations, but last night he may have stumbled upon a brilliant idea.

In a segment on The Daily Show that ripped into the fast-food industry’s unwillingness to adhere to governmental dietary regulations, citing the “death menu of artificial chemicals, antibiotics and Cool Ranch carcinogens” that lace many of these foods, Stewart proposed a new restaurant concept that maybe isn’t as crazy as it sounds.

OliveBucks, a “combo pasta and coffee chain” with featured menu items like the 3,000-calorie “Venti Rosemary Mocha Al Fredo,” does, perhaps, need a little work done on its menu.

But a fast-casual restaurant where I can get a nice bowl of pasta and an iced coffee to go? It doesn’t sound that crazy to me! Carbs and caffeine are a match made in heaven, and I can only hope that Jon sees through his comedy and realizes that bringing OliveBucks to life is his true destiny.
