With the recent news of the Kraft and Heinz merger, fans of mac and cheese topped with ketchup are wondering why this didn’t happen sooner. Isn’t it only logical?
After all, the ketchup-makes-everything-better phenomenon is not a new thing.
Some dip their Kraft Singles grilled cheese in it…
Some top their mac and cheese with it…
Perhaps with this powerhouse merger that will form the fifth-largest food company in the world, we will soon see delightful blue boxes of Kraft ketchup-y macaroni and cheese on grocery store shelves. One can only hope.
In the meantime, while we wait for the convenience of premade boxes, there are plenty of pasta-ketchup mashups out there to satisfy your craving.
