Serves 3

Total time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 3/4 cup cream of coconut
  • 3/4 cup white rum
  • 3 cups crushed ice
  • 3 fresh pineapple wedges, for garnish
  • 3 lemon slices, for garnish
  • 3 maraschino cherries, for garnish

Directions:

  1. To a blender, add the lemonade, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, rum and crushed ice.
  2. Blend on the smoothie setting.
  3. Pour into serving glasses, and garnish with pineapple, lemon and a cherry.
  4. Serve right away.

  • 1-1/2 cups lemonade
  • 1 tablespoon grenadine syrup
  • 1-1/2 cups club soda
  • 3 ounces light rum
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 2 lemon wedges, for garnish
  • 2 small sprigs mint, for garnish

Directions:

  1. To the serving glasses, add about 1/2 the ice.
  2. Add the lemonade and grenadine syrup, and stir together.
  3. Add the club soda and rum, and stir.
  4. Gently roll the mint leaves between your hands a couple of times.
  5. Rub the mint leaves around the rims of the glasses.
  6. Add the mint leaves to the serving glasses.
  7. Top with the remaining ice.
  8. Garnish each glass with lemon and mint.
  9. Serve right away.

  • 1-1/2 ounces tequila
  • 1/4 cup chilled orange juice

  • 1 maraschino cherry, stem on, for garnish

Directions:

  1. To a cocktail shaker, add the lemonade, tequila and orange juice. Shake it up.
  2. Pour the lemonade mixture into the serving glass.
  3. Tilt the serving glass slightly, and slowly pour the grenadine syrup along the side of the glass so that it goes to the bottom, underneath the lemonade mixture.
  4. Garnish with the lemon and cherry.
  5. Serve right away.

  3. Add the lemonade, lime juice, rum, basil and ice cubes.
  4. Shake for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Using a strainer, pour the mixture into a serving glass.
  6. Garnish with a slice of lemon, a strawberry and basil.
  7. Serve right away.
