These frozen treats might seem decadent, but they’re actually packed full of nutritious ingredients.
If there is a picky eater in the house, they won’t even think they are eating fresh bananas and avocados together, because the bananas are disguised as chocolate, while the avocado, which is very mild in flavor, is combined with almond milk.
Avocado is incredibly rich in vitamins and minerals and has zero cholesterol. Because of these high-nutritional values, it is considered a superfood. A banana, on the other hand, is also a powerhouse of vitamins and minerals, especially potassium and fibers that help regulate digestion.
So a bite of these frozen fruit pops not only refreshes but also provides our bodies with an incredible amount of vitamins and minerals.
