Full of organic green kale, pineapple coconut water, hemp seeds and bananas, this smoothie is the perfect way to start your day.
Yields 1 large or 2 small
Total time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 large kale leaves
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 green pear, diced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup pineapple flavored coconut water
Directions:
- Add all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender or regular blender.
- Blend the smoothie on high until the mixture is very smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into 1 large glass or 2 smaller glasses.
- Best served immediately.
