Ingredients:
- 1 can Hunt’s® Rosemary and Oregano Diced Tomatoes (14.5-ounce can)
- 1 cup cooked Italian sausage
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/3 cup diced green bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons red wine
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or salt to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
- Heat a medium-size pan on medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Add the bell pepper and stir as it cooks. Let it cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add the wine and garlic, and stir.
- Add the diced tomatoes, sausage, salt and pepper.
- Let it cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot over mini bow tie pasta. Top with shredded Parmesan cheese.

- 1/2 cup water

Directions:
- Heat a medium-size pot on medium heat and add all of the ingredients.
- Using a potato masher, gently mash the tomatoes in the pan.
- Let it cook for 8 minutes and serve it hot over cooked spaghetti pasta.

Directions:
- Heat a medium-size pan on medium heat and add the butter and olive oil.
- Add the mushrooms, onion and garlic. Stir.
- Let it cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add the white wine and stir.
