Juicy and tender Buffalo pulled pork is delicious all by itself but also on sandwiches or sliders, in soft tacos or served over beans and rice. Basically it’s good any way you serve it.
The hardest part about making this scrumptious pulled pork may be when it’s in the “pulled” stage. That’s because while pulling the pork, it’s hard to not keep taste testing it — again and again, because it’s just that good.
The ingredients in the slow cooker are kept at a minimum. Just a pork roast and some spices so that the natural flavor of the pork has a chance to shine.
Then, just before serving, Buffalo sauce is added to the pork to make a wonderful meal — or lots of wonderful meals, depending on the amount of leftovers you may have.
