Bacon-wrapped sweet potato tots recipe

Ingredients:
- 12 slices bacon
- 24 sweet potato tots
- Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
Directions:
- Heat the oven to 400 degrees F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice each bacon strip in half for a total of 24 pieces of bacon.
- Take 1 slice of bacon, and wrap it around 1 sweet potato tot. Repeat with all the remaining bacon and sweet potato tots until each one is wrapped.
- Place the bacon-wrapped tots on the baking sheet, and bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
- Remove from the oven, and transfer the tots to a serving bowl.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.
