3 Simple white wine spritzers that make any brunch better

Spritzers are the perfect brunch cocktail when you want to go a little lighter than mimosas or bloody marys. And don’t worry if they look simple — that’s the whole point. Pair herb and fruit flavors, then mix with sparkling water and some white wine. What’s not to love?

Spritzers can really be made with almost any wine you have on hand, but I like the subtle flavor of a sweet white wine. You can also use any fruit-and-herb pairing you love, but these three recipes are all matches made in heaven.
