Ben & Jerry’s new Core flavors taste test: Here’s how they stacked up

Ben & Jerry’s has released three new Core flavors, and they do not disappoint.

The flavors include Brownie Batter Core, Coconuts for Caramel Core and Cookies & Cream Cheesecake Core. Ben & Jerry’s is always pretty good, but how do the new flavors stack up?

SheKnows wanted to get to the bottom of this, so some of the staff tried two of the new flavors.

The Brownie Batter Core flavor? It was freaking de-li-cious. The ice cream is chocolate and vanilla flavor, peppered with fudge brownie chunks, and it surrounds a brownie batter core.

Some of the taste testers’ reactions:

“Why would you do this to us! Delicious!”

“OH. MY. GOODNESS!”

“AMAZE.”

“I broke the spoon!”

“WINNER!”

So basically, people had no chill over just how amazing this flavor is.

The staff also tested the Cookies & Cream Cheesecake Core — chocolate and cheesecake ice creams with chocolate cookies and a cheesecake core. While it was tasty, Brownie Batter Core was the clear winner, so keep your eyes peeled for it the next time you’re at the grocery store.

As for Coconuts for Caramel Core, which features caramel and sweet cream coconut ice cream with fudge flakes and a caramel core? Well, let’s just say I know what my plans are this weekend.

You can check out all three new Core flavors, available now, at a grocery store near you.
