UPDATE: The CRF Frozen Foods recall has expanded to include over 40 brands and over 350 products, including organic labels and Trader Joe’s. Please see the FDA announcement for the full list of recalled frozen foods.
A recall that started in Canada is now sweeping the U.S. as well. CRF Frozen Foods is voluntarily recalling 15 frozen vegetable products because of possible contamination with listeria monocytogenes, according to the FDA. No illnesses have been reported yet. The contamination was discovered during routine testing.

Check the FDA’s long list of affected products to make sure you’re not harboring one of these food poisoning outlaws. If you are, don’t eat it (obviously). Throw it out, or return it to the store you bought it from for a refund. If you have any questions, you can contact CRF at 844-551-5595, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
