You will need the following: unsalted butter, cannabis butter, sugar, applesauce, flour, baking powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, a pinch of salt and a few drops of vanilla extract.

Cannabis coffee mug cake recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients:

For the cake batter

• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
• 1 teaspoon cannabis butter
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons applesauce
• A few drops vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 pinch salt

Directions:

1. To a mug, add the unsalted butter and cannabis butter (at room temperature), and microwave for about 5 seconds. You want the butters to be soft. Add the sugar, and mix well.
2. Mix in the applesauce, vanilla, flour, baking powder and pinch of salt. Stir until just combined.
3. To make the crumble topping, in a separate small bowl, mix together the flour, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon with a fork. When the mixture starts to clump together, pour it on top of the cake batter.
4. Microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds. Eat while warm, and enjoy!
