Here is the step-by-step guide on how to grill shrimp perfectly.
All you’ll need is peeled and deveined shrimp, olive oil, salt, pepper, skewers and a grill pan (if it’s grilling season, feel free to use your outdoor grill).
Step 1: In a bowl, season your shrimp with salt and pepper to taste and a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 2: Skewer your shrimp — add one skewer near the end of the shrimp and another skewer at the head of the shrimp. Continue skewering the shrimp until about five or six are on the skewer, about an inch apart.
Step 3: To your grill pan over high heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once the grill pan is hot enough, add the shrimp skewers.
