We love bubble tea, we love cocktails and we love bubbles. So we decided to bring these all together to create bubble tea cocktails. This is something that needed to happen, right? And now we’re telling you how to make them for yourself.

We kept these super-simple. After you’ve prepared your boba tapioca beads, add some tea and some flavored vodka. Throw in extra-wide straws and go.

Matcha pineapple bubble tea cocktail recipe
Makes 2 servings
Bubble tea steeping: 5 minutes | Chilling time: 20 minutes | Assembly: 5 minutes | Total time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup tapioca pearls
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 cups chilled matcha green tea
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 4 ounces Smirnoff Sourced Pineapple
Directions:
- Prepare bubble tea tapioca pearls according to the directions on the package. Strain, stir in the sugar and chill in refrigerator until cool.
- Combine tea, juice and vodka. Stir until mixed and pour into 2 tall glasses. Then gently add the beads into each of the glasses.
Pink grapefruit bubble tea cocktail
Makes 2 servings
Bubble tea steeping: 5 minutes | Chilling time: 20 minutes | Assembly: 5 minutes | Total time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup tapioca pearls
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 cups chilled black tea
- 1/2 cup honey or simple syrup
- 4 ounces Smirnoff Sourced Pink Grapefruit
- 2 grapefruit or orange slices for garnish
Directions:
- Prepare bubble tea tapioca pearls according to the directions on the package. Strain, stir in the sugar and chill in refrigerator until cool.
- Combine tea, honey/syrup and vodka. Stir until mixed and pour into 2 tall glasses. Then gently add the beads into each of the glasses.
- Garnish with an orange or grapefruit slice.
