Olive Garden Is Serving Up Pasta Nachos Just in Time for the Super Bowl

This weekend, we’ll all be rocking the nachos and wings, but those who want to bring their snacks up a notch may want to go a bit more Italian with their flavor — and one restaurant has done exactly that.

Olive Garden’s latest menu addition, Loaded Pasta Chips, are basically the American-Italian-Mexican fusion snack you never knew you needed until now. They are made of pasta chips (that sounds delightful) that are lightly fried and layered with Italian cheeses and a hearty meat sauce. Then they get topped with cherry peppers and an Alfredo drizzle. Um, yum.

It’s like all the worlds of our favorite comfort foods have joined as one, and we are so here for it. Of course it’s weird and not what we’re used to, but it’s not that strange. Haven’t we been topping nachos with meat and cheese for years? Why not add some pasta to the mix?

If you are ready to give these utterly delicious Italian nachos a try, you’ll have to act fast. This appetizer is available until April 1, which is unironically April Fool’s Day. They are available in Olive Garden locations, but you can also order them online for restaurant pickup for $10.79. That’s a pretty good bargain for a hybrid of so much deliciousness.

We recommend rocking some bottomless soup and salad while you are at it just to get some nutritional value. Spring is nearly here, after all.
