TV star Joanna Gaines and her husband, Chip, may be leaving the Fixer Upper life behind, but that doesn’t mean they’re not cooking up new ventures — literally. Joanna Gaines has just released a new cookbook called Magnolia Table: A Collection of Recipes for Gathering.
The book features 125 Gaines family-favorite recipes, like fried chicken with poppy seed jam; asparagus and fontina quiche; Brussels sprouts with crispy bacon, toasted pecans and balsamic reduction; and peach caprese. The book has you covered for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as party snacks, small plates and desserts. And since Gaines is an avid gardener, it also heavily features homegrown seasonal herbs and produce.
If you’re feeling antsy and can’t wait to get the book in your hands, Gaines also posted a few of the recipes on her blog to celebrate the cookbook. They should keep your kitchen fragrant and scrumptious until you can hold the whole recipe book in your hands.

Magnolia Table isn’t just a cookbook; it’s also the name of the Gaineses’ latest restaurant, which recently opened in Waco, Texas. Several of the restaurant’s recipes are in the cookbook too. Magnolia Table is the second restaurant for the couple, who opened a bakery called Silos Baking Co. in 2016 in the same Texas town. People lined up out the door to try it out, and it’s been a hit ever since.
